I was inspired with beautiful Rainbow colors and made this CAS (clean and simple)Wish Big Card

First I stamped sentiment 'Wish Big' on a white watercoloring paper. I used The Alley Way Stamps 'Lite Brite' stamp set. I was one of The Alley Way Stamps June New Release Winners and I won this amazing stamp set. This was the first time I used it, but surely not last. :-D

I used Ink smooshing technique for coloring. I love this technique!!! :-D

This is my second card I made using Ink smooshing technique. I've tried it for the first time couple of weeks ago. Here you can see the first card I made using this technique, as well as details about how I've learned it and helpful links.

I used Stabilo markers, plastic pocket bag, water and bottle sprayer. I added some color on plastic pocket bag, sprayed it with water and smooshed color on the panel. I was adding color by color, couple of layers, drying them between.

When I was satisfied with colors and pattern, I glued the panel on a black cardstock panel and then all together on a white card base. I would use black cardstock paper card base, but I had only one piece of black cardstock in my stash and didn't want to buy new one. I made a decision not to buy any paper until I use most of what I have, and I do have it a lot, especially scraps. :-D

Card dimensions are 139 mm x 107 mm (5 1/2" x 4 1/4").

List of supplies:
  • The Alley Way Stamps (TAWS) 'Lite Brite' stamp set
  • white cardstock paper (card base)
