Two Gingham Bunny Cards (Celebrating 30 Days of Pisces 2016, #19, #20)

Welcome Spring! :o)

My Celebrating 30 Days of Pisces 2016 personal challenge is finished. I did it!!! I made 30 CAS cards in 30 days period. I'm so happy and very satisfied with the challenge and cards I made. :o)

For now I shared 18 cards. Today I'll be sharing the rest of cards I made for the challenge, ie. 12 more cards. I hope I'll manage to do it today, if not, I'll do it tomorrow next week. I'll write wrap up post sometimes next week.

If you like, visit my Celebrating 30 Days of Pisces 2016 page, where you can find more about my challenge, photo gallery and links to each card. :o)

Also, I announced winner of my giveaway. Find out here who is it. :o)

And now my cards...

First up today are these Two Gingham Bunnies Cards.

CAS, one layer cards, super easy and quick to create. I love dimension on my cards, so I paper pieced bunnies.

I stamped a bunny and sentiment in the center of card bases. The bunny is from Clearly Besotted 'Mini Woodland Pals' stamp set and sentiment from Create a Smile 'Eggstraordinary Egghunt' stamp set. I stamped more bunnies, on designer paper and white cardstock paper scrap. I fussy cut parts I needed, colored their edges with black marker and glued pieces together.

At the end I punched corners of both cards with rounded corner paper puncher and my cards were finished. :o)

Both cards measures 96 mm x 127 mm (3 3/4" x 5").

List of supplies:

  • Clearly Besotted 'Mini Woodland Pals' Stamp Set (I think the set is retired.)
  • Create a Smile 'Eggstraordinary Egghunt' Stamp Set
  • Lili of the Valley 'Country Meadow' 8x8 Paper Pad (pink gingham)
  • Lili of the Valley 'Butterfly Kisses' 8x8 Paper Pad (green gingham)
  • white cardstock paper
  • Ranger's Archival Ink (Jet Black)
  • Stabilo Pen (Marker), Black 68/46
  • Sakura Quickie Glue Pinpoint Roller
  • MS scoring board
  • trimmer
  • scissors
  • acrylic block (102 mm x 102 mm)

  1. Oh, so cute bunnies on your CAS cards! Love the gingham paper piecing and thank so much for the trick to colour the edges with a black marker... It makes really pop out the bunnies!

  2. Baš so slatki ovi zečiči!
Sviđaju mi se, jer obožavam cas čestitke i paper piecing.
Hvala ti na savjetu sa markerom.
