It's Mother's Day today in Croatia and I want to share with you a card I made for my mom for the occasion.
To make this card I was inspired with a gorgeous card made by SonjaK of The Art of Stamping. Thanks for the inspiration Sonja! :o)

How I made this card...
I used rose die-cut that I got from friend Valentina of Barvito malo mesto. Thank you Valentina!! :o)
I glued rose's outline on a one sided sticker paper. Then I ink blended tiny rose's parts with Distress Ink Colors. After blending, I glued each piece into it's place (die-cut inlay) and cut away excess of the sticker paper.
I prepared a white top folded card base and a white panel, slightly smaller than the card base. I stamped a word 'Mama' from Jane's Doodles 'Mother's Day' stamp set on the panel and a heart from the same set.
Then I wrote word 'najbolja' above word 'Mama' with a pencil, traced the word with black fine liner and erased pencil marks. The sentiment 'najbolja mama' is on Croatian and it means 'The Best Mom'. :o)
Lastly, I glued the panel on the card base, glued some 3-D foam on the die-cut rose, glued the rose on the panel and my card was finished.
I'm satisfied how my card turned out and my mom loves it. :o)
