Happy Friday!!! :o
Today I'm bringing DAY 10 of the 13 Days of Halloween series with these B&W Bats Candle Light Shades. :o)
Although it's not common here in Croatia to celebrate Halloween, my honey and I celebrate it each year. I made these candle light shades (and other decorations) to decorate our apartment for Halloween night. I made 13 candle light shades, symbolic, as we started to date in the Halloween night 13 years ago. :o)
I made these kind of candle light shades in the past and shared a tutorial here on my blog (here). I went with same design, just used white paper this year and went with stamping instead of tracing stencils.
How I made these candle light shades...
I cut a white printing paper into rectangles measured 210 mm x 88.9 mm.
I randomly stamped bats from Jane's Doodles 'Haunted House' stamp set in black on each rectangle.
When the ink dried, I glued two shorter sides of rectangles together to form a cylinder shape and my super simple candle light shades were ready to use.
