For this one I used two gorgeous Jane's Doodles stamp sets: 'Rain or Shine' and 'Anemone'.
I heat embossed stars and sentiment on a white cardstock paper and colored whole surface with Blueprint Sketch Distress Color. Love this one! Such a pretty blue shade. :o)
After drying, I drew white lines whit white pen and splattered whole surface with white acrylic paint mixed with water.
I left panel drying on air. After drying, I glued the panel on a white cardstock card base.
Tip: When drying acrylic paint splatters on air they look prettier than drying with heat tool.

Another great CAS style card Milka, well done. I love the idea of making a card with a constellation on it, especially for those people who love astrology. Thanks for the tip about air-drying the paint spatters!
