This Rainbow Color Card (RCC) is the seventeenth card I made for a Celebrating 30 Days of Pisces 2018 personal challenge. If you want to find out more about it, just follow the link provided. :o)
My card is a CASE of gorgeous card made by Francine Vuillème of 1001 cartes. Amazing CAS design. LOVE!!! :o)
I went with same design, card shape and layout as Francine, but I used different products, used different color of cardstock for a card base, skipped adding tiny details and went with more neutral look. :o)
Francine is a very talented and creative crafty friend from Switzerland. I love her crafting style. Her amazing designs and stunning coloring are an inspiration. :o)
Stop by Francine´s blog, 1001 cartes, and see more hers stunning creations. You can find her also over at Instagram, YouTube, FB, Pinterest.
My first intention was to stamp an explosion shape on a panel and to make a card, but my stamping was not successful.
The shape is full of tiny dots and I managed to smear ink on one part. It didn't look nice. Instead of throwing it away, I cut out the explosion shape carefully and used negative part as a stencil. :o)
I placed my handmade stencil on a white square cardstock paper panel and blended Distress Inks through the stencil following the rainbow pattern. I removed the stencil and left colors to set up for half an hour.
I stamped a sentiment in the center of the rainbow explosion shape, glued the panel on a black square cardstock base and my card was finished. :o)
