Paper Plane Card (Celebrating 30 Days of Pisces 2016, #3)

I'm sharing CAS (clean and simple) cards I made for a Celebrating 30 Days of Pisces 2016 personal challenge. Visit my Celebrating 30 Days of Pisces 2016 page, where you can find more about my challenge, photo gallery and links to each card. :o)

Third card I made for the Celebrating 30 Days of Pisces 2016 is this Paper Plane Card. 

This card is a CASE of my Happy Day Card. I was so satisfied with that card, I had to CASE it. :o) I used same layout, same stamp set but different image, same sentiment, same color scheme and embellishments.

I used Create a Smile 'Uplifting' Stamp Set.

I cut out a panel from a white watercolor paper, stamped paper plane on it and masked it.

I blended the panel with blue shades of Distress Inks. When I was satisfied with the color of the sky, I removed mask (I use post-it for masking) and colored image with colored pencils.

At the end, I stamped sentiment on the panel, glued panel on a white cardstock base and embellished card with enamel stickers.

Card dimensions are 95 mm x 132 mm (3 3/4 x 5 1/4").
