I'm a bit late sharing my post here on my blog, but there is still 10 days left to join in the fun.
The challenge started on August 15th, 2020, at 9 AM, CEST (UTC +2) and ends on September 15th, 2020, at 8:55 AM, CEST (UTC +2). Find all the details about the challenge, rules and prizes in a challenge post (here).
And here is my take on the challenge: CAS (clean and simple), Live life in full Card. :o)
And here is my take on the challenge: CAS (clean and simple), Live life in full Card. :o)
How I made my card ....
To make my card I used Distress Inks, a handmade stencil, a wooden sailboat and a sentiment stamp from Uniko 'Originally Organic Additions' stamp set.
First I created the stencil from a cardstock paper. I used a scalloped paper puncher and some washi tape to create the stencil. Using the stencil, I blended Distress Ink colors directly on a top folded white cardstock paper card base.
Then I colored the wooden sailboat with a black permanent pen (marker) and left the sailboat dry on air.
After couple hours of drying, I glued the sailboat and stamped the sentiment in black directly on the card base and my card was finished. :o)
I could speed up the process and dry the sailboat with a heat tool, but I was not in hurry so I chose drying on air. :o)
