Two days ago, on Wednesday, June 5th, 2019, was my turn to be on the spotlight over at Jane's Doodles and I made this Poppies Birthday Card. :o)
I really love how my two Hibiscus Cards that I made last year turned out (here and here), so I went with same design on my poppy card. Idea to do so and color scheme inspiration came up one afternoon last week. The moment is captured. LOL :o)

To make this card I used stamps from two brand new Jane's Doodles stamp sets: gorgeous poppies from 'Poppy' stamp set and a sentiment from a beautiful 'Doodle Butterflies' stamp set.
How I made my card...
With some masking, I stamped gorgeous poppies on a white watercolor paper. I made masks of all poppies from the set when I was making this card. I stored them to use them in my future projects.
I colored gaps among flowers with black marker. Then I watercolored poppies in watercolor technique using Distress Inks.
After drying, I glued the panel on a white square card base.
